hey guys im back, but ill save the formal "im back" for later
i got an idea. how about, cus its already hard enough to get new members, and when we do get new members its hard to get them posting, we try emailing or reaching out to any and all the new members we get, maybe we should make an introductory email/pm/AIM/anything for any new members that breifly describes the network and tells them the people in charge of the network and how to contact them for any questions?

Yeah I like it. I think we have an MOD that would allow us to do it via PM but not email... Also I think this would make TE more friendlier and give new members a straight up idea about were all about .

yah, cus i even admit to have joined sites and then have forgotten the link the next day and its usually the first few days when you decide on staying but its kinda hard if you dont get feedback ASAP so we should really try this out.
